Mr. Baber Bilal Haider
Mr. Baber Bilal Haider is a Retired Naval Officer, who retired from service in 2018 after rendering 35 years of service.
He is a graduate of Quaid e Azam University and also holds an M. Phil degree in Public Policy and Strategic Security Management from NDU Islamabad.
During his distinguished career in Pakistan Navy, he has served on various Command and Staff appointments. The officer has also the unique honour to represent the Pakistan Navy in the Gambia as Naval Advisor to the President of the Republic.
He is presently serving as Director Indian Ocean Study Centre (IOSC) at National Institute of Maritime Affairs (NIMA), Islamabad. Earlier, he has also served as Director NIMA for 04 years.
