National Institute of Maritime Affairs (NIMA) organized five days Executive Leadership Course 2020 at Bahria University, Islamabad/Karachi from 13-17 july 2020 under the auspices of Maritime Centre of Excellence. Total of 15 speakers delivered lectures during the course. Special consideration was given in choosing the acclaimed and eminent speakers who are considered the epitome of knowledge in their respective fields. During the course, effort was made to enhance the knowledge of officers about national security issues, international security environment , maritime security threats, challenges, power politics in international arena, Indian naval doctrine, Naval Warfare, regional Maritime Security Environment. The course was conducted in five days having different modules including opening and closing sessions.

Certificates were awarded for attendance in Islamabad /Karachi to all participants.
