National Centre for Maritime Policy Research, was conduct a Maritime Winter School in collaboration with the East West Institute (EWI) Brussels on 23-27 December 2018 at NCMPR, Conference Room. Dr. Najam Abbas, Senior Fellow EWI was conduct technical session with young researcher’s capacity building for progressive research scholars pursuing PhD in maritime domain. The closing ceremony of the event was held on 27 December 2018 at Pakistan Maritime Museum Auditorium. Chief Guest of Honorable Member National Assembly, Parliamentary Secretary Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Capt. Jamil Ahmed Khan was Awarded the Certificate to Participants.
