President NIMA called on HE Mr. Amin M. Lakhani, Honorary Consul General of Singapore.

6 May 2025, Karachi: Vice Admiral Ahmed Saeed HI(M) (Retd), President of the National Institute of Maritime Affairs (NIMA), called on HE Mr. Amin M. Lakhani, Honorary Consul General (CG) of Singapore. Both sides recounted strong bilateral cooperation in trade, defense, and security. The President highlighted NIMA’s role, key objectives, and identified possible areas of collaboration, including support at the IMO level on various issues. He also explained the scope and relevance of the upcoming mega event, PIMEC-25. The CG appreciated NIMA’s endeavors and assured his full support. At the conclusion of the meeting, pleasantries were exchanged.
