04 Oct 2025 -At PICSS, Dr. Anees Muhammad Khan from NIMA discussed the impact of climate change on intra-state relations, with Ms. Romina Khurshid Alam as Chief Guest. Dr. Aneela khan stressed to use satellite imagery and climate-hydrological modeling for flood risk assessment, warned about the absence of a Pakistan–Afghanistan water treaty and rising pollution, and proposed an apolitical Climate-Indus Observatory for data sharing in South Asia.
