04 Nov 2025: International Maritime Conference (IMC) under PIMEC, themed “Harnessing Blue Economy Potential for Sustainable Development.” Rear Admiral Javaid Iqbal HI (M) emphasized maritime collaboration, while Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb highlighted offshore energy and climate-smart strategies. The Inaugural Session featured insights from Mr. Kamran Nasir, Dr. Aneela Saad Khan, Dr. Hassan Daud Butt, and others on innovation and partnerships. The Second Session, led by Vice Admiral Raja Rab Nawaz, included experts Mr. Asif, Dr. Nuzhat Khan, and others discussing. Day one reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to sustainable Blue Economy growth.
