NIMA celebrated Pakistan Navy Day to acknowledge the Navy’s achievements

08 Sept 2025 – National Institute of Maritime Affairs (NIMA) celebrated Pakistan Navy Day to acknowledge the Navy’s achievements and its vital role in safeguarding Pakistan’s maritime frontiers. Researchers from NIMA Islamabad and Karachi delivered speeches emphasizing the Navy’s contributions in defending national waters and supporting the growth of the Blue Economy. The session concluded with the address of Director IOSC, NIMA, Dr. Babar Bilal Haider, who highlighted Pakistan Navy’s journey from its humble beginnings at the time of Pakistan’s independence to its present stature as a strong and modern force.
